Products and Digital Materials
Maple Rock may offer blueprints, floor plans, starter kits, guides, digital downloads, housing campaign materials, and related resources.
These materials are provided for planning, education, concept development, and project inspiration. They are not a guarantee that any project will be approved, permitted, financed, built, or accepted by any city, county, state, lender, builder, or agency.
Customers are responsible for checking all local zoning rules, building codes, permit requirements, engineering needs, land restrictions, contractor requirements, and applicable laws before starting any project.
Digital Product Use
When you purchase or download Maple Rock digital products, you receive permission to use them for your own personal planning or project use.
You may not resell, copy, share, distribute, upload, reproduce, modify for resale, or claim ownership of Maple Rock blueprints, starter kits, floor plans, guides, images, designs, or other materials without written permission from Maple Rock.
All designs, written content, graphics, product materials, and campaign materials remain the property of Maple Rock or their original owners.
Payments and Orders
Prices are listed on the website and may change at any time. Payment must be completed before digital files, products, or materials are delivered.
If there is a billing issue, duplicate purchase, missing file, wrong file, or access problem, please contact us so we can review the issue and help when appropriate.
Refunds
Digital products are subject to our Refund Policy. Because digital blueprints, starter kits, guides, downloads, and housing materials are delivered electronically, digital sales may be final once files are sent, accessed, or downloaded.

Physical Products
If Maple Rock offers printed materials, posters, starter kit items, or other physical products, shipping times and availability may vary. If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Indiegogo and Campaign Support
Any support, contribution, perk, or purchase made through Indiegogo is also subject to Indiegogo’s own platform rules and campaign terms.
Campaign support does not create ownership, equity, profit-sharing rights, investment returns, rental income, or any guaranteed financial benefit unless clearly stated in a separate written agreement.
