At Maple Rock, we want every customer to feel confident before purchasing our blueprints, starter kits, and housing campaign materials. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Digital Products
Because blueprints, floor plans, starter kits, guides, downloads, and digital housing materials are delivered electronically, all digital product sales are final once the files have been sent, accessed, or downloaded.
We do not offer refunds for digital products due to change of mind, project changes, local zoning issues, permit denial, or because a customer no longer wants to move forward with a project.
When We May Help
Please contact us if you receive the wrong file, have trouble accessing a download, purchase the same product by mistake, or experience a billing or checkout error.
If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to help by resending files, replacing missing or damaged downloads, or reviewing the situation for a possible solution.
Printed or Physical Materials
If your order includes printed materials, posters, or physical starter kit items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.
We may request photos of the damaged item or packaging before offering a replacement or other solution.
Important Project Disclaimer
Our blueprints, starter kits, floor plans, and housing materials are planning tools only. Approval, permits, financing, and construction depend on your local rules and project requirements.
Customers are responsible for checking zoning, building codes, permits, engineering needs, land restrictions, and all applicable laws before starting any project.
